In Eli Waters you can find a good mix of property with some properties backing on to canals. 

This suburb is home to Xavier Catholic College which is on Wide Bay Drive, and close to Yarilee State School on Scrub Hill Road, Urraween. 

The Eli Waters Shopping Centre is conveniently located on the corner of the two main roads being Maryborough Hervey Bay Road and Ibis Boulevard. Featuring a large Woolworths, Bottle shop, takeaways, boutique shops and a fish market, this a great local centre.  Adjoining the shopping centre there is a large Harvey Norman store.
