Situated between Urangan and River Heads, Booral has a country feel, yet is only about 10 minutes drive to the Hervey Bay Airport.
Blocks are relatively large (usually around 1 acre) and are zoned Rural Residential. Beautiful sea and Fraser Island views can be achieved from some parts of East Booral and some blocks also front the water.
Whilst there are no shops at Booral as such, the Airport Service Centre shops are a convenient place to get those last minute groceries. Consisting an IGA Supermarket, Chemist Warehouse, Dentist , Hairdresser and BP Service Station, all conveniently located between Urangan and the Booral / River Heads turn off.
Some parts of Booral only have tank water and all properties have septic / treatment systems.
